Lemon Virginia 65%
Latakia 25%
Perique 5%
Little Dutch 5%
Cased and pressed in maple syrup and McKellen's 12 yr old Scotch- yum!

It would seem that a tiny $1 bottle of off-brand Scotch would work as well in a tobacco casing as a premium Scotch.

Not really … I've tried it and the premium tastes better even in tobacco.
Plus, who wants to keep cheap Scotch around!
