Most potent tobacco strain

Does anybody know what is the most potent Tobacco there is? I am planing of extracting pure Nicotine and it would be better if the Tobacco had the highest % possible.

Pure nicotine is extremely deadly, we won't be discussing it here. The only thing I'll offer is this. Nicotine levels in tobacco are affect by a number of things. Weather conditions have the largest affect.
