Everything is working. Download the picture from your computer instead of using a remote host. It's the same process as downloading to photobucket or whatever site you're using except it's easier.

Can someone else try to upload a picture here please. If it is the server, I need to know so I can file a work order. I really don't think it's the server since it works for me, but another test upload would be great.

Here are the examples of the number of attachment and size by user.

Boboro, your files are too big. Reduce your size to 800 x 600 and your pictures will load faster. This is the size they will be on the site anyway.

1. BarG 163 47.4 MB
2. workhorse_01 116 43.57 MB
3. Boboro 72 28.91 MB
4. FmGrowit 198 23.19 MB
5. Michibacy 74 22.02 MB

Change the camara setting to VGA, or best for emailing.

you can use your photo editing software to reduce the size of the photos. Make a copy first and that way, you have one that is original size for your own use, and a smaller one for uploading. Try setting your camera to 3mp or lower, or even VGA. the mp size of your photos will effect the file size

I use Photoshop, first I try to crop unnecessary stuff from the picture then I use a compression setting of 3 (lower quality). It usually comes up when I save the changes (cropping), I try to keep them under 200Kb. I don't know much about other photo editing programs, or Photoshop for that matter, it's got too many bells and whistles.
