how do U add a PDF file to a forum post

I tried posting a MS Word document, containing Excel files and a drawing.
I came out as garbage -

Took the MS Doc to the UPS store, they copied it, and emailed it to me as PDF file.
I can open and read it - looks great.
But I cannot get it inserted into a forum post.
How do I do this ???

Leverhead reformatted something I couldn't load and then it went right up. Shoot a PM at him.
