Curing is location and weather specific. You may live in a hot dry environment and have to introduce moisture to properly cure your leaf without it drying green, or you may have high humidity and have to combat mold. If we know where you live and the temps and relative humidity, we can better help you. Go to My Profile and enter your general location, then come back and give us the specifics on your conditions. We'll be glad to help, but curing is one of those things that differs for almost everybody. We'll need more info.

Processing tobacco. Do you smoke cigars, pipes or cigarettes. For shredding tobacco, you'll need a good shredder. The latest and greatest is the Powermatic electric shredder. Here's a link: http://wholeleaftobacco.com/PowermaticS-Whole-Leaf-Shredder-PwrmtcS.htm I don't know of anybody adding perfume. A cigarette consists of Burly, Virginia and Turkish varieties. The Turkish varieties have a nice taste and aroma. Don sells a nice selection of whole leaf tobacco. This cigarette sampler gives you an idea of the many varieties you can blend to find the taste you like: http://www.wholeleaftobacco.com/SAMPLER-of-all-7-types-of-Cigarette-tobacco-Smplr7.htm If your ready to cure, but have no Turkish, here's some really nice Izmir imported from Turkey: http://www.wholeleaftobacco.com/Turkish-Oriental-Izmir-Izmir.htm

Hi mitsos13 and welcome. I see you have lots of question. Maybe you can tell us where you come from? If your name can answer my question you are probably from Greece and 13 years old. Correct? Be so nice and put your location at your profile so all members can help you easier with your questions.

About the kiln. You can start reading from here: http://fairtradetobacco.com/showthr...ozy-Flue-cure-Chamber&highlight=building+kiln
