It looks better than my first. How did you like the flavors?

I definately enjoyed them both. The seco was probably the darkest leaves I've seen, and I'd describe it as bold and earthy. I'll have to try a bit of the clara in my pipe to see what it's like by itself..
the one pictured though was too much cigar for me though. I'll be rolling them smaller from now on.

Thanks again

The one pictured already looks small. Much smaller and the ratio of wrapper to filler would make for a hard draw. If by "too much" you mean too long a smoke, then toss it half way. If by "too much cigar" you mean too strong a flavor, then

a) Stop hitting it so often. You constantly hit a pipe to keep it alive. Not a cigar. You let that smolder on its own. Your best results are when you set the cigar down for a minute or two between puffs. Yes, time a minute, that long. Leave it rest for best enjoyment.

b) Try a milder filler, milder wrapper. For example, instead of a habano claro perhaps a Connecticut claro.

You want to send me a PM I will shoot you some mild cigars to try.

As a red-blooded American once said: "Let's roll."
