Coyote skull loosing all it's teeth

So I picked up a coyote skull about 3 weeks ago and I've been letting it sit on my coffee table as a decoration. Anyway, I figured someone on here has probably either done taxidermy, or has some skulls of their own. I know it's a bit of an odd question.

If the question is how to keep the teeth in we always glued gator teeth in when they fell out. Most of the dried gator heads you buy in the store have clear silicone caulk in around the teeth.

The teeth will out live the skull/ With boars teeth If they are huge i will fill them with epoxy. I can slip then in or out of the skull. I used to have a skull garden ' but my new dog ate em all.

Would teeth and ceramic be basically the same type of glue?
