I received my first issue of Tobacco Farm Quarterly this past week. I am eagerly waiting for the paper copy of this years growing guide to come. I was not overly impressed with this first issue I received however, I have three more to get plus the growing guide and I have access to all the digital copies. I recommend it just for the simple fact that any knowledge is better than no knowledge.
