Oh I know exactly what I would like :) .

What would you Like? Go ahead and throw it out there, there is a lot of seed trading/giving that goes on in the off season around here. A few members generously gave me my seed for this year, and I for one look forward to giving back (sharing) those that I successfully get seed from.

I have never made dip - only snus which uses only air-cured tobacco and is processed differently. In snus the advice is to grind the stems and the lamina separately and then re-blend the tobacco flours to make the stuff. The midribs are much milder both in nicotine and they are far less bitter than the lamina of the leaf. In the few cans of dip I have had from the USA which were longcut ones - there were definitely some rib in there.

Dip is traditionally made from fire-cured for that smokey flavour and traditional ones like Copenhagen are fermented too.
