I think your design will work. You can always augment the ramp-up stage with a torpedo heater blown into some square ducting laying right on the floor. Just use furnace cement to seal the joints.
I own a collision shop and do all the painting my booth bakes primers and paints at 140 and I live in that thing.I think that works for time. Remember we only advance 2*F per hour. so you are well with in limits. The main thing is they held the temp. I bet it cooked your face off when you walked in there.
I want to flue cure it.hell im comfortable between 110...-....120 degrees,
165 is really cooking it,
id proablly not downsize the room, it will be better for ventallation, leaving it wide open like that,
how you gonna cure it '' whole stalk harvest '' individual leaf,??
I cant get the oder out of the room, So I am bagging that idea since to line it with aluminum like I was going to do would cost over 500 bucks.
I found my next walk in idea on craigslist and I am going to pick it up in the morning. Boy my wife is gonna Kill Me
Buuummmer! It would probably be worth the 500 bucks though not to get killed!
And say "I'm sorry Hun. I'll never do it again."He's going to do what any self respecting man would do....... Go buy it, build it, and then tell her.
And say "I'm sorry Hun. I'll never do it again."
It's easier to apologize than ask permission (and generally more successful and less painful .)
