I think your design will work. You can always augment the ramp-up stage with a torpedo heater blown into some square ducting laying right on the floor. Just use furnace cement to seal the joints.

After letting it cool down to 80 I turned the humidifier on and fired them up.
It took approx 1 1/2 hrs to get to 165 degrees with 88% rh
Still to long I think .
I am down sizing the room to 8 feet long.
Ordering the same controllers as Amax.
The sucker crop is going to use if I her up and running in time.

I think that works for time. Remember we only advance 2*F per hour. so you are well with in limits. The main thing is they held the temp. I bet it cooked your face off when you walked in there.

I cant get the oder out of the room, So I am bagging that idea since to line it with aluminum like I was going to do would cost over 500 bucks.
I found my next walk in idea on craigslist and I am going to pick it up in the morning. Boy my wife is gonna Kill Me:D

Well my 12 yr old told me, You are dead meat.
I came home with my truck and hooked to the trailer, I normally drive a POS Oldsmobile He knew something was up.
He was up my Butt all night to find out what I was doing. When I told him what was up. That was the reply I got.
If you do not hear from me You All know what happened.

I'm sure she would want you to finish what you started. (wink) She wouldn't want you to be a quitter in front of your son. (wink) It's your responsibility to pass on history to your son. I've used these with great success. If you need anymore just let me know. I got a million.

And most important I can hang Baccy over it
Off to get some silicon it has seals but I will seal it Anyway.

$200.00, that is a great deal. I agree you could not build anything that size for less. I will bet you will cure some nice baccy in that unit.
