tobacco store taken to court for name

A tobacco store in nz has been taken to court by smokefree no life's cause of its name..it's nearly put him out of business. .and cost him what he's made in the last 3 years..this is where tobacco is at in nz at the moment. .even the judge said some comment about it being a disgusting habit. .isn't that our choice! !
