Jeklynz is correct ... it's an amino acid called tryptophan. All poultry has it, but turkey has the most of it. Tryptophan helps the body produce niacin, which in turn helps the body produce serotonin, which plays a key role in sleep.
We don`t celebrate Thanksgiving, but the eating sounds fun, hope there is some alcoholic beverage involved as well. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
