No I am not Russian, and nowhere in my post did I say Russian or call it Russian Vodka. I am referring to the bottom shelf brand that you can get for under five bucks.
Well, there's a reason for it. Russia consumes more vodka than any other country in the world ... the average Russian consumes 14 liters per year, the average American (which is second to Russia in vodka consumption) consumes 2 liters per year. Coincidentally, I got that statistic because there was a segment on Fox News Channel just a few days ago about vodka.
