Hmmm. The calcium level is already optimal. I'm not sure what calcium carbonate lime would do with that. Perhaps a call to the coop office might be useful.

Just saw this.. Anyway, the reason I said skip the dolomitic lime is that he is already high in magnesium. Adding dolomite will only increase those levels. The Calcium Carbonate will raise his low pH while not contributing to a higher magnesium level. I do not know what an optimal Calcium level is for tobacco and I'd venture to say no one really does. I've grown tobacco on soil with 1200 lb/acre calcium and my tobacco came out just fine.
