3 pounds fryer shicken parts, cut small
2 envelopes Italian-style salad dressing
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2tablespoons butter, softend
1 1/2 pints salad oil - for frying
1 cup milk

Mix together:
1 1/2 cups pancake mix
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Wipe chicken dry. Make past of salad-dressing mix, flour,salt,lemon juice and butter, brush to coat chicken evenly. Stack pieces in bowl; cover and refrigerate several hours.

Dip chicken in milk, then pancake mix. Lightly brown in oil for four minutes on each side. Place in a shallow pan. Spoon remaining milk over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.:p
