Help Save an Aphid

Across the world, millions of aphids go to bed hungry. Your contribution can make a real difference.

As tobacco growers blindly top their tobacco plants, and remove the suckers, they unknowingly deprive young aphids of adequate food. This leaves entire families of aphids without the resources to lead a decent life.

YOU CAN HELP.
By simply leaving a sucker on a tobacco plant, you can give hope to an aphid family. Even a small sucker can provide the much needed nourishment not available on mature tobacco leaves.

To help this cause, please give suckers a chance to grow, and save an aphid.

Contribute today.

or call 1-800-SUC-KERS (Please have credit card ready.)

The only aphids I have so far this year are on these Shirazi. I haven't topped or de-suckered any of them but they insist on suckling the flowers exclusively. I'm sure this could possibly sustain them but the flowers are some 40' off the ground and when I pull the dead flowers off, down they go. It is to my knowledge that the aphid has a very fragile jaw which is easily fractured from even a low fall. What can I do?

LOL! For less than fifty cents a day, you can sponsor and make a difference in the lives of one family of Aphids!

You could probably make better than retirement pay.
