I just filled a large wholesale order and it nearly wiped out the Aleman tobaccos and the Flojo Viso.

There are about 20 lbs of Aleman Ligero, Aleman Capa Oscuro and Flojo Viso left.

None of these tobaccos can be restocked, with the exception of the Flojo, but the likelihood of getting more is slim...so when there gone...there gone.

FTT members only...

Yep, I try to mix it up a little. LOL

well, that's what I meant by"some more good news" but, why did I think the "any cigar leaf" was filler leaf instead, for the last 2 days? not sure but, now I feel like I have to rethink my cart. BTW, what's up with the Dominican binder?

Sounds like all good news to me. Great deals on good tobacco and a gift to. It's like a Labor Day Sale.
I turned in an order last night Don.
I'll be getting some of the Dominican binder when it comes in also. Thanks for the generous offer with the chevata.

Thank you for the heads up sir. I had been thinking that I'd like to try the Aleman and this pushed me over the edge. I wish I could do 4lbs right now but I'd have to sleep in the doghouse for the next week.

Cigar

Due to the lack of overall quality of the Honduran crop, none of my main suppliers offer any type of Honduran tobacco. These companies deal strictly in tobacco and there is absolutely no reason they would neglect making every type of tobacco available. I can get some Honduran tobacco from a very small supplier in the DR, but I'm very hesitant for reasons expressed above.

Perhaps this year's crop will be different, but I won't know until December at the earliest.

Dang, that stinks. Did they have a lot of bad weather last year or disease?

Actually, I personally believe the quality of the Nicaraguan and the Ecuadorian tobaccos have much more flavor. I used to smoke a lot of Honduran Cigars, but have leaned toward the Nic. Ecu. and south american varieties as of late.
