It's been a long uphill battle, but reasonable heads finally prevailed. Paypal has officially begun processing MasterCard credit/debit and even gift cards on the Whole Leaf site.
I called them yesterday and asked them to review my account. In the past 5 years, I've had a total of three disputes and all three were found in my favor, so they finally gave in and allowed me to accept MasterCard.
