It's all in good fun. Just messin' with you.

Elsewhere, I've kinda been tossed into legal mode. It wasn't my choice.
anyhow, so I will also be stick in the mud...
a buncha dialogue about magic boxes can easily become conspiracy to defraud.
...if we look at it this way... consider that you guys are NOT politically correct.
There are most likely more than a few little investigators sitting in their cubbies looking for someone to torture, and they don't like you a lot, already.
I specifically know of one fellow who was raided and lost everything because of old artifact pics he posted in a forum. house, business, tools ... all gone. He came back to the forum once, said what happened, and we never heard from him again.
Personally... I had a book of stamps get wet, years back. I separated them and used tape to fasten them after they dried.
and I got a real nasty letter from usps when the letter was returned to me.
usps is running in the red. ...and every little thing we do here is stored in utah... they will use that info to justify themselves!

I'd like to find a dirt-cheap method of mailing. But the price of everything has gone up. Takes the fun out of many things. and squashes small business sales!

I would say that Emails and credit cards is putting a pinch on USPS . People pay bills online and send all kinds of documents that at one time was mailed .

I've heard of the story and while robbing graves pales in comparison to using uncancelled stamps, I understand that some people have to have things their way or else.

Please communicate about the magic box via PM or start a group and invite only people you trust to participate. Groups are cool because you can talk about all kinds of politically incorrect stuff in there. If someone bitches about what you're talking about, just kick 'em out the club.

Sorry, but the PC police are watching, so the thread will be sanitized and closed later today. Enter your final remarks before 5:00 PM today.

By the way...Did you know a package can be returned to sender at no charge as long as you "have not opened the package"?

Also, the problem USPS is having is not because people use uncancelled stamps. It is because of extravagant pension programs and rewarding people who don't work. I know a lot of postal workers and 75% of them are good folk...it's the other 25% that have collapsed the system.

This is certainly one more thing we each and all should worry worry worry about a whole whole lot. You know, you just can't worry enough.

You first.

Me, I'm too busy packing up more boxes for Melly Kalikimaka. Heck, I'll even pay the postage. Duck and cover, brothers.

A fresh new Magic Box is on its way out the door! Observe the brand spankin new and unused postage which I paid for all myself. Be sure to leave a nice Kwanzaa gift in the mail box for your mail delivery specialist. Observe all speed limits. Read instructions carefully before assembly. Always wear safety goggles. Get tested for AIDS. Check for updates regularly. Viewer discretion is advised.

I wonder how much it costs to print a 1¢ stamp.

Wasn't someone supposed to close this thread? Oh well, as long as you guys aren't trying to defraud the gubmint anymore...who cares.

Carry on.

Got this frozen tasty goodness from Charlie G today. They feel like heavy icicles, from all the frozy cold and damp out. Labeled #1, #2, Maduro, and Capa. Smell real fresh; so I'll put them in the box reserved for members' blends, and let them recuperate a week or so.

Thanks CG. Let us know what's inside these smelly kalikimakas.

Web the #1 is the azucarado Maduro blend WLT sells. #2 is about the same as #1 but with a Crillio wrapper.
The Z and X is a blend with crillio 98 seco, Pilato seco, Mata Fina, and a little Allmen Legirio. Capa Banda binder & Pa maduro wrapper.
They might be a little sweet for your tastes but I haven't learned what to add to get the spiciness in them.
They are all works in progress.
