This probably only works for handrolling.

Theres a few waste areas that can be reversed to reduce waste.

Theres always that "butt" portion that is thrown away....that could be 20-30% of leaf wasted.

Then there is that 20% of shake results from handling leaf after shredding.

When handrolling reversing this method by bagging the shake and carrying separately.

Fill the butt end with shake and the rest with your blend.

Equates to coming close to eliminating waste and making a cost saving use of shake.

20% estimated cost savings

I cut a little differently, with a blade. I don't get anywhere near that much shake, I mix what I get into the pile. 20mm filters would do enough for me, if they were easier to find.

Hot Rod tubes have 20mm filter.

Almost didn't want to see this post because of the title. Then again, the title was misleading! Interesting info. Not much of a cigarette smoker here, but my son is, so I like to read these kind of posts.
