My seedlings ready for planting, in a weeks time. 4 Trays, 16 varieties, 290 plants. Glad I didn`t plant earlier, had lots of hail and wind last week, lots of damage to the commercial tobacco crops, so my decision to plant late paid off so far!!

These little guys are looking very well Ben. Excuse the ignorance but what does "grow out" variety mean...?

Look good Ben. Keep the green pics coming as they progress. 16 is a bunch, but not bad. Getting to know the growth habits of each one is fun.

it gets on my nerves for the first few weeks after transplanting. i got beat up by some cutworms last spring and finally poisoned them, but i had enough extra plants to replant. it still amazes me how the plants can sit and do nothing but then shoot up an inch or more everyday once they get established. it is nice to see some green.
