Jacob is putting some Camo Para Cord handle wrap on it for me.
He makes all kinds of stuff out of that para cord stuff.

Getting my stuff together for the Polish Shredder Build 2.0. I'll start a new thread when I do. It'll probably be a few weeks before I get started. Before I dismantled the pulley driven system I shredded about a year and a half supply of cigarette tobacco for the wife. So I'm in no hurry.

i shredded All mine. GrFinny figures I have 13 Yrs of Baccy.
Good things take time:(
I have been screwing around with the wiring box all morning.
I don't like the looks of it on the motor.
I am going to down size it a little and see how it looks.
The capacitor is a pain in the butt. I want to keep the wiring all on the motor in case I have to remove it.

After 2 days of fiddling around I finally settled on this setup for the wiring, switch and freaking capicator hooked to the motor.

Nice looking box. Did you make it?
Unfortunately, it took forever. I need a Tig welder. I don't know how many taps I have gone thru.
The 3/4 90 degree pipe holds the box to the motor.
Worked out pretty good. No Reverse tho.
The capicator takes up a lot of room that is why the switch is off center.

The Stealth Shredder is done for the most part.
The only change mechanically was the drive coupling off the motor to the head.
She runs the same even with new bearings.
When my pinstripe guy comes by I am going to have him do his deeds at it.
He is a older Guy and can freehand anything.

Here ya go.
Like I said I had no room for the love joy coupler.
20 mm coupler with a 3/4 reducing bushing for the motor shaft.

Did you make your coupler? If not, where did you get it?
I was planning to take a 1 1/4 piece of Al rod, drill a 20mm hole on one side (and tap it), then drill a 13/16" hole on the other side ( and drill a hole through it for a set screw to hold the shaft)
If this fails due to me not being able to drill a perfectly concentric hole I'll have to have a machine make me one.

Post 99 has where I got the coupler and bushing from.
I tried drilling a 3/4 coupler on one end to 20 mm.
The keyway made it off center. It has to be perfect or the motor will wobble and stress the solid mounting frame.
I would use the love joy set up, a little room for error and you can get whatever size shaft couplers you need for each end.
