I just received a gift of a sealed bag of Seco Banda. The fellow i got it from probably had it at least a year. The plastic bag is one of Don's but I don't see it on the website. When I opened the bag the tobacco was in two hands and pretty dry. I wrapped it in a damp towel and stuck it back int he bag over night. The next day I started prep it by opening up the leaves. The first hand was pretty bad as it had a lot of rips and damage. The second hand was in better shape and I got a lot of useable leaves when i destemed it. What is Seco Banda? I figured that it may make a good binder.
