Anyone have tips on rolling small gauge cigars without a mold? Like 30ish gauge. Mine always look like crap or aren't very straight.

For thin, long (like 6") stogies, I roll them pretty much the same as fatter cigars. But it requires practice to get them looking good, since the narrow gauge is less forgiving than that of a fatter cigar.

For a short smoke, I sometimes cut the wrapper and filler before rolling, with the "start" of the wrapper broad enough to engage the entire bunch of filler.

Foot to the left; start rolling at the bottom.

The longer the straight vertical on the left, above, the greater the overlap, and the stiffer the cigar.

A mold with a paper sheet, we roll the gut(tripe) in a paper sheet and we let rest(base) one hour, we take(bring) out the gut(tripe) and we roll her(it) in the wrapper

un moule avec une feuille de papier, on roule la tripe dans une feuille de papier et on laisse reposer une heure, on sort la tripe et on la roule dans le wrapper

I can't even eat tripe. I would hate to try and smoke it.:D Gut = insides. aka filler.
I would love a nice cigarillo but am not allowed. Sitting here with all of the makings:(

I have been researching rolling single leaf cigarillos and every youtube video ended up rolling weed in a backwoods wrapper (blunt). The same procedure *can * be applied to cigarillos/cheroots. Cut a rectangle of wrapper leaf and use a rolling machine. Most machines are for cigarettes, but they make a bigger/longer one for cheroots. Here is one example:https://www.amazon.com/Juicy-120mm-...5144726&sr=8-2&keywords=blunt+rolling+machine

I have one of those cigarillo-size rollers (same brand, in fact). I find it fairly poor at rolling natural leaf. It's really easier to do it by hand. Cut a trapezoid of leaf:

The length is across the bottom. Start rolling from the bottom. If you have your own whole leaf, simply cutting sections of long filler to fit the length of the wrapper is way easier than fussing with shredded leaf.

oh, I see. Glad you corrected me, since I have never actually use it. I was thinking of getting one, after I saw a youtube of a blunt being rolled using a backwoods wrapper leaf. What are the problems using the machine with natural wrapper leaf?

It told them too tightly in my experience. I basically roll them the same as a large cigar, without the mold. It's not hard. Just takes some practice.
