What does everybody here use to shred their (longcut) dip?

Currently, I use a tobacco shredder, put the shredded tobacco in the oven and then bust it up further by hand. While the length of the strands is on point, they're just so damn thick! Has anyone here found something that even comes somewhat close to emulating a store-bought longcut dip?

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

For small runs it can work well to press the tobacco in to a plug and then slice with an adjustable mandoline food slicer. You can get incredibly thin cut with one of those. 1-2mm thick shreds. It does take ages though!
