I have just one question, what is happening if I have the leafs too long time in the kiln (6-7 weeks) ?
Some of my leafs should be done by now, but my nose says not. The temp are 50-55º C (122-130º F).

Just further aging, should be great.
The month is when it goes from yuck to great, you might not notice much difference or you might. An example was that corojo that had trouble burning, people thought further aging might help, makes sense but don't know if anyone did the tests

The only disadvantage with allowing the kiln run to go longer than 4 weeks is that it postpones the next batch. I've run leaf for 7 weeks. It gets a little smoother and a little darker.
