Iam into my first try at fermenting color cured leaf in my kiln. Temp is constant around 120-125degrees, and the humidity is around 68-79. My leafs are in open freezer bags because of my small kiln.

After the 30 day kiln time what case do you find the leaf in when finished?????????? I realize this probably has many variables. I guess Iam just looking for a ball park.

Next question, Can i put them directly from kiln into Dons vapor proof bags and seal them up????

Your tobacco should be nice and pliable during and after fermenting in the kiln. You'd probably have better luck by sealing your bags while fermenting. You can open them once a day to vent any off-gassing that might occur.
