Hi everyone,

Ive seen a Karl Hart cigar mould No.37976 for sale on the web and cant find much info on it, ive asked the seller to take a few measurements for me and this is what he said
The individual cigars measure. Width of the cigar, these taper 20 mm down to 16 mm, I have taken the measurements 11 mm from the end of the cigar. Overall length 106 mm long. The overall width of the box is 109 mm and the length is 560 mm long. All sizes are approximate. Hope this helps and don't hesitate to contact me if you require any more information. Thank you for your enquiry.

The mould holds 20 cigars in total and would i be correct in thinking this makes rothschild cigars? any help would be appreciated.

25.4 mm = 1"

1 ring gauge = 1/64"

64/25.4 = 2.519

2.519 x 16mm = 40 ring gauge
2.519 x 20mm = 50 ring gauge

Length...106mm = 4.17 inches.

The taper in your mold has me confused. Because of the taper, it's more like a Perfecto or a Figurado
. A Rothschild is typically a straight 4.5" x 50.

Thanks for your help FM, I took the plunge and bought it late last night. It can be seen HERE on flea bay.
Im looking forward to trying it out if my plants make it that far as i lost 15 plants last nite to slugs and snails.
