I did not. For half the price I may have. Four bolts on the bottom mount it to the table top, setting the flat working surface at a low angle.

Yup a big thanks to MarcL. That was me who ended up snagging the machine. My cigar scraps are now destined for petite Coronas instead of the 2.5 gal ziplock bag of no-return.
Unfortunately I didn’t get it for $9.99, but the machine works great.

It looked to the same sized rolling section as the in table version I have, about 6 inches?
I found some cloth backed vinyl to replace the rolling surface. .. happy for you I am.
