Similar thing happened to me. Ordered Sunday, shipped Monday morning, arrived today (I'm in Newark too). They even gave me the $10 off, even though I put the code in the wrong part of form like a dummy. Excellent customer service.

Another shout out for great customer service. Recent orders arrived quickly and Don had graciously included several nice samples. Absolutely first class!

Above and Beyond on several occasions indeed. One instance was a amazing and earned my business for life, A very small hiccup on an order, superb communication, and then not only a correction of the issue but more than 100 times expected correction. It speaks volumes in regards of the way customers are treated and sets the example for others to strive to attain.

Thank's guys. I'm not sure how all of you have managed to avoid my customer service skills, but you're lucky. Seriously though, if anyone ever has a legitimate issue, the only right thing to do is to correct it. We get our fair share of unreasonable complaints from customers who wouldn't share your sentiment though.

Leaves arrived today, I can only agree with Webmost. Took only 3 days for Whole Leaf Tobacco to have the order arrived in Montreal but it took Canada Post 10 days to bring em to Alberta lol, but with only $23 in duties from customs I’m a very happy camper. Looking forward to trying my 52RG mold with that Cameron wrapper.

I recieved my very first order from WLT today as an Xmas present to myself, fully expecting it to have been much later than this! Thank you very much for your excellent product, attention to detail (like highlighting the description of goods on the packing list for the ease of the customs agent), lightning fast order filling and all the little extras.

Don shipped without delay, soon as they got in on Monday... USPS added that missing delay. Couldn't do without it. My experience has been that once a package arrives at a "Distribution Center", very little distribution occurs thereafter. So, great service by WLT, torpedoed by APWU.

Don's accompanying samples were so generous that I can only assume that in an ephemeral euphoric state (c.f. Akronym Brewing) he imagined that he can succeed without paying the mortgage. Let's see how that works out. But Thanks.

BTW, the wife simultaneously received a package of fudge for which she had paid extra for the UPS option. Then, UPS handed the box to USPS here in DullAware who took it to... that same Philly Distribution Center.

While I'm still a newbie, I like WLT and their customer service better than anywhere else I may have gotten resources from. 97% of my orders are reserved for and placed with WLT. Can't beat the speed and quality of what I have received to date.
