@FmGrowit I have a question about these two items:

Cibao Valley (CV) Tabacco Corojo 99 nicaragua Seco
Cibao Valley (CV) Tabacco Corojo 99 nicaragua Ligero

Are these some kind of special Nicaraguan version of Corojo that's grown in the DR? If not, what makes them Nicaraguan, per se, if they are from the CV?

I have a similar kind of question about the "Habano Olor," "Habano Corojo," and "Habano Pelo de Oro." Are these hybrids?

The Nicaragua Corojo 99 is grown in the DR from Nicaragua seed.

"Habano" means the seeds originated in Cuba,

I think "Habano" is sometimes added to the name of a variety for marketing purposes only. I do not name the tobacco I buy, nor do I grow it, so I have no idea where the seeds actually came from.

Thanks!

"Habano Olor" seems a tad dubious, being Olor's a DR-native seed, isn't it? (I totally understand about you not naming these things. Just sayin'.)

Sometimes things can be thunk to hard.

Why is a two-way radio called a Walkie talkie and a Vacuum cleaner not called a pushie suckie?

I'm sure that these tobaccos have been vetted for flavour and quality. And while I do have enough willpower to suppress the need to understand why some of them are named, I worry that I will look dumb telling people what's in the cigar they are smoking.

A lot of people want to know what Habano Dominican olor is. Habano means that the seed is from Cuba, but Olor is from Dominica
Not Dominican only
No Cuban
Seed is native Dominican

But you call it "Habano Dominican Olor"
Why is is called Habano?

I call him that out of habit
here we say Havana, not only Cuban seed, also Pennsylvania many more seeds

So it is not Habano?
No Sir

I'm trying to get clarification on the Nicaragua tobaccos also.

It seems like buying and selling cigar tobacco is the easiest way to get everyone mad at me.

Look donald, some seeds are Cuban but they are harvested in my country, some seeds are Nicaragua but I trusted my farm and planted it in my country. That is created by my confidence in making different tobacco around the world. remember his seed Cameron mix it with a seed Dominican smell. I was able to plant Dominican scent wrapping that you need today. The most interesting thing about my tobacco is that I am always innovating. I'm not afraid to lose

Does anyone else have any more questions?

Unprompted message from the Cibao Valley grower. I'm hesitant to share this but I believe it is important.

"Cuban 2020 is a seed that I believe we planted in Nicaragua for the first time, after 5 years I brought it to my country.
My unstained tobacco has good impacts with your customers. ? so if not, my mission and my innovation work have failed

Thanks to you all, my Cuban and Nicaraguan friend, we are rebooting the world of tobacco by making a new blend. making smoker to try new different blend. that the company can make new cigars. That is not the same typical cigars as always."
