ammonia is used in tobacco to make nicotine available. I think it is sprayed directly after it is toasted

I looked that up. Apparently it's frowned upon because it increases the addictiveness of the tobacco. I wouldn't be surprised if it's outlawed in many countries.

As long as I've been in the forum, I don't recall any members doing it.

I use Slaked Lime to alkalize my nasal snuff which creates ammonia but have never applied it to anything I'm going to smoke.

Yes I know it increases the availability of nicotine, it is an additive in marlboros and perhaps also in winstons. I want to know the method of application my curiosity is great
