I have a few leaves that are starting to show signs of on of these . They are pretty big leaves. Wondering if I can prime them and curr them before they get to bad. Will they be okay to smoke?

What I read about target spot in the KY link was to “harvest” the infected leaf to improve air flow to the non infected leaf of that plant. Commercially, I’m assuming they use the term harvest, rather than “toss it in the dirt”, to mean it goes into the barn. But that is just me reading between the lines. I don’t know for sure.

It sounded as though the best way to identify blue mold was to cut a slice of stalk and look for a dark streak, but I can’t say how deep or if that will mean sacrificing a plant.

looking closer it might be magnesium deficiency. There is so many things to watch for. I'm in my patch 5- 6 times a day inspecting. I'm a bit of a worry wart though. On a side note my tomato plants look stellar this year so far

The insect vector that transmits TEV (for example, aphids) may expose only a portion of a leaf to the virus. If you look closely at @Tricomike's latest photos, you will notice that the secondary veins don't actually enter the central vein, but instead simply add a new lane to the highway, on its path toward the stem base. So the vasculature of one half of the leaf does not directly mingle with that of the other half.
