I have some Bursa planted, and it is doing well, I read somewhere it is often used for wrappers, ? The leaves are big, I can see how it will make good wrappers, my question: Does it need to cure, before it is used as a wrapper if so how long ?

I don't think Bursa is a very proper choice as a wrapper. Although it may grow bigger it doesn't taste like usual cigar leaves. May be you like it, experience.
When it comes to curing, if you want to use Bursa as a wrapper it's better to fermentate/kiln it like a cigar leaf.

I've rolled Bursa puros without fermenting or kilning and I still remember it as one of the best cigars I ever smoked. It had zero resemblance to a traditional cigar, but I smiled the entire time while smoking it.

Was that Bursa aged or just air cured? And how´s the burn?

Mine is growing nicely now, but (so far) I don´t find the leaves that big.

Well, actually I am a cigarette smoker normally, not cigars, But the leaves are definitely big enough to make "cigarillos", (little cigars, I guess one would say in English, here they make them using corn husks, but I do not like the "taste" the corn husk gives, so I plan to make a few using the bursa leafs, some of the larger ones are big enough to make 4 "cigarillos", I will be filling them with Rustica,... or some of the tobacco I get from a nearby town, unknown type, but has a very cigar like flavor.
Since it appears the rustica is best to wait at least a year to smoke, then that should also be plenty of "cure" time, who knows, maybe by then I will also have some other wrapper types of tobacco ....at this point just exerimenting.
