Canadian-style Cigarette question

I was wondering what is the most you can order into Canada (Saskatchewan) before you'll run into issues with Customs?

Also, I was looking at grabbing the following to get close to a Canadian cigarette like Export A. Am I missing anything?
-Canadian Flue Cured Lemon
-Flue cured Red
-Flue Cured Bright

And what is the difference between "hand tied" and regular?

In Canada they say max 3 kg per order and 15 kg per year and I stick to it as a pipe smoker I don't need more than this anyway. There are a lot of people that don't stick to this.
The hand tied and the regular are very similar, with the hand tied I got a few leaves in the centre of the bundle that needed trimming. They are both worth trying I only buy the regular now.
The red is so good but these are all good.

I am having some of it now but from quite a while back. I order 12lbs at a time during the sale 30 dollars duty roughly.

I had something removed Players as a kid always came in the package as a blend of 7 of the Finest Virginian Tobaccos.
