They are surely sessile.That is a wonderful photo. The Kumanovo bud head is fascinating. It is a "closed" head. Although the corollas are the characteristic pink of N. tabacum, the individual blossoms are fat and stubby, like N. rustica. Are the leaves sessile or petiolate?

It's used for cigarettes and pipe as far as I know. It's really good as cavendish. The best I've made. I finished my supply a couple years ago so I hesitate to describe it. It's a unique one. I think it would make good cigarettes but I don't imbibe.You got some gorgeous plants man that kumanovo looks interesting is it a cigar variety or could it be used in cigarettes ?
