I was playing for a while with the idea of making a cigar press. Then i found this online en bought it.
It is definitely made in China, buf more than enough to do the job.
I'll make it shorter, now the piston has to go all the way out even with 4 molds in it.
Last night I smoked a cigar rolled 4 days ago.
Filler : Honduras seco + viso and brazilian mata fina
Binder : Indonesian
Wrapper : San Andres
Normally I rest my cigars for two weeks, but decided to give it a try.
Rolling the Honduran leaves by hand is hard because the leaves are damaged and very small.
But with the bunching machine it is no problem at all, makes very consistent cigars. I really like it.
I was surprised how nice this cigar was just after 4 day, although it was still a tad to humid. Medium body, smooth, cacao.
Lucky I rolled 3 more which are resting !
Next time I change the Honduran for Nica.
