Similar thing happened to me. Ordered Sunday, shipped Monday morning, arrived today (I'm in Newark too). They even gave me the $10 off, even though I put the code in the wrong part of form like a dummy. Excellent customer service.
Above and Beyond on several occasions indeed. One instance was a amazing and earned my business for life, A very small hiccup on an order, superb communication, and then not only a correction of the issue but more than 100 times expected correction. It speaks volumes in regards of the way customers are treated and sets the example for others to strive to attain.
Thank's guys. I'm not sure how all of you have managed to avoid my customer service skills, but you're lucky. Seriously though, if anyone ever has a legitimate issue, the only right thing to do is to correct it. We get our fair share of unreasonable complaints from customers who wouldn't share your sentiment though.
Leaves arrived today, I can only agree with Webmost. Took only 3 days for Whole Leaf Tobacco to have the order arrived in Montreal but it took Canada Post 10 days to bring em to Alberta lol, but with only $23 in duties from customs I’m a very happy camper. Looking forward to trying my 52RG mold with that Cameron wrapper.
