Difference in maturity

Is there a difference in maturity for cigar filler, binder and wrapper? Or can i harvest them a the same time concerning to there usage?

The main difference between wrapper, binder or filler is aesthetic: fillers can have holes, binders not so much and wrappers must be perfect. The longer you leave a leaf on the plant, the more likely is for it to have some kind of damage on said leaf. Harvest your leaves when they are at least mature, you’ll have plenty of time to decide if a leaf is suitable for binding, wrapping of filling. Our goal, as part time tobacco growers, is to have the best product as possible: we have the luxury to disregard the economical aspect of tobacco growing and focus on quality.
