Awesome. Now just put it in a vise, Get the file, put the finishing touches on the shape, and add a give it a bevel.
Always cool to make your own tool. Feels good to use.

I'm in an association with a lot of equipment were i can go every saturday.
That's good, because I'll be able to use a grinder to shape and sharpen.
How do i calculate the angle for sharpen ? so i can make a support to keep the good angle.
They also have a drill press and a sanding machine.

A good, coarse file is better for putting a bevel on it.
You might rough it in with the grinder, but you can keep a consistent bevel without facets, or a burr, with a good file.
you can keep a little one near your workspace to keep it sharp too.

This is a photo of a professional chaveta that used to be sold at wlt.
Trace a 5 gal bucket or something to get an even arch.

I was thinking of a protractor
The smaller the arc section, the greater wrist and arm rocking motion will be necessary. You won't need to apply much pressure so limit the wrist movement to reduce fatigue. It may take a larger section than a five gallon bucket, maybe 55 gal drum. The chaveta in the link seems to have been made using a rather large circle.

That's Great! Good Job. Now use it, and see what you might adjust (if anything) to optimize it. Nothing like using your own handmade tool.
Another great part is, you made, so you don't have to worry about wrecking something you bought if you need to modify it.
It's just "unfinished while experimenting for optimization" til you don't feel the need to change any more on it.
