there have been very little sunshine lately, the wettest summer in 100 years where i live. I should probably just set aside a day to build the flue chamber. I have all the parts it's just the time I lack.If you have any sunshine, sun-curing is preferable to air-curing of flue-cure types. How you cure it will, of course, also depend on your intended use for it (cigarette vs. snus, etc.).

When I spent time in India and Pakistan in the 80's I smoked their Bidis. They were the cheap poor mans cigarette but they were so good. I never really gave any thought about how they were made. The leaf they use to roll them isn't tobacco at all. I'd forgotten about them, but your comment about just rolling up a leaf and smoking it immediately brought them to mind. The weather is as always working hard to destroy my plants. So today to save some leaf I primed lots of bg and vg and just hung it. I'm going to work in a couple of days so no time to build or run a flue chamber. 14 days on and 14 days of have its ups and downs. If the rest of the plants haven't blown away by the time I'm back home I might get a chance to try flue curing. On a positive note, I tried smoking a bit of ytb. I just roled a dryied leaf up and smoked it like a loose shitty cigarrillo. It was absolutely wonderful! And that leaf was just gotten dry, Unbelievable.
I was just to curious when I spotted that one dry small leaf in between the green and yellow. Had my lighter on me but not rolling papers. Those look interesting, maybe I will try to make a kind of bastard cigar with a small leaf and shredded tobacco. Thank you for the idea. When I spent time in India and Pakistan in the 80's I smoked their Bidis. They were the cheap poor mans cigarette but they were so good.
