Hello all this is some dried out leaf and it has loads of little white dots on it, is this mould spores? If yes is there any way I can save this leaf? Before I dried it there was no sign of mould that I could see any and all advice going forward is very appreciated

Not sure what that is, but I don’t know what mold would look like on tobacco. It could be frog’s eyes which is desirable from what I understand. I’m not sure that frog’s eyes is the correct term, but I read somewhere that it’s a good thing. I’m sure someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.

Spray the affected leaves with hydrogen peroxide, if the spots dissolve into “foam” then it’s mold, but the leaves are still smokable (cigarette or pipe are your best options). I wouldn’t use moldy tobacco for oral or nasal preparations, or as a cigar wrapper, but for cigarettes or pipe, once the (supposed) mold is destroyed by the H2O2, it is fine.

I don't have any hydrogen peroxide, I suppose I'll be turning it into pipe tobacco, when you say killed by H202 would this mean such methods like steaming the tobacco?
