Webmost has described his hydration chambers built with Coleman party stackers and racks here and there. I never quite got it. In another forum, he posted a short video and suddenly I understood. I didn't have racks laying around, so I went on an Amazon hunt and came up with the following. They work beautifully.

Parts:
33 Qt Coleman Party Stacker: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002BMB8QK
Bakers cooling rack (4 pack): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078Y316M5
Plastic Serving Tray (3 pack): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XPKSQYL
Wood Closet rod (found in my garage, I'm guessing 1.5" diameter)
Washers (I used stainless steel, probably overkill)
Wood or Machine screws (I used stainless steel)
Key Tags: use these to label the racks, and keep notes on what type of leaf is on each rack. I found that a few hours after I put the leaves in, I forgot what went wear.

The only assembly needed was the risers, which are comprised of 2" portions of the rod, the washer, and a screw. If I had to do it again, I would reduce the height of the riser to 1.5" to get 5 racks in a cooler instead of 4 (counting the base).

As fate would have it, the racks actually snap over the serving tray with their built-in risers.

Use:
Put the serving tray in the bottom of the cooler and pour 1/2-3/4 pint of water in the serving tray, and snap one rack in place. This is your base rack. Arrange your leaves on the 3 remaining racks, taking note of what leaf variety is on each rack. Depending on the RH of the leaf, you can bring filler into the proper case in 1-2 hours, the binder in 3ish hours, and wrapper 5-6 hours. I frequently put wrappers in overnight. Again, this is highly dependent on the condition of your leaf. Often, once hydrated, I'll remove the serving tray, and leave the leaves in until I'm ready to use them. Good luck, your mileage may vary.

i'm using a large pretzel container with some older dried/crushed leaves on bottom
re-saturated slightly to add moisture, have to hang/rotate leaves on wire within though.
put it in attic for heat, only need a few days as i use already yellowed leaves for this
shabby setup.
