Is UPS shipping no longer available?

I'm noticing that the less expensive UPS shipping seems to no longer be available at checkout (shipping to US). Seems like I've seen shipping costs fairly consistently going up in the short time I've been a shopper at WLT. I appreciate what y'all do, just wondering if you have any insights you can share. Thank you!
