Hey All,

A NC Event Planning company is working with a corporate client that is interested in using approximately 24 mature tobacco plants as props at an upcoming sales conference in early May. Is this something that could be done? Would the plants need to be grown in a greenhouse to get them to a decent size by the 2nd week of May?

Strange request, I know. Just curious if it's even possible.

Thanks.

I don't believe it's possible with this years crop in North America. May is the time for planting (in some areas). Since the seasons are reversed south of the equator it is harvest time there. You may be able to find a source. Sorry, I don't know of one.

Yep,
wish I had known earlier, I had some (6-10) 6' BSS on the porch all winter and just cut them last week.
