I doubt it. E-cigs need some kind of regulation, unfortunately. The nicotine levels in some cartridges is very high. Add that to the fact that cartridges can be broken open, come in colors attractive to kids, and the "juice" often smells and tastes attractive to kids, there has been simply too many incidents of children going to the E.R. with nicotine poisoning. And the fluid doesn't even have to be ingested; the e-cig juice can permeate the skin and still cause nicotine poisoning. When was the last time anyone got nicotine poisoning from handling tobacco? Never.

Over here there is no regulation at all for the sale of e-cigs or the "juice" meaning little kids can buy the things and they do. They haven't even been approved by the FDA for sale. Recently there was a recent news article about a 10 year old coming home from school with one which of course flipped out the mom.

I think it will hurt us... eventually. Everytime our gov't passes another tobacco law, good or bad it is one step closer to closing all the "loopholes" it perceives as being still open. Next they will probably go after pipe tobacco and then whole leaf. When this will happen I have no idea. Tomorrow, next year? who knows? They will probably not ban whole leaf nor pipe tobacco but they will eventually levy such high taxes you'll probably have to start growing your own.... :)

I chain smoked e ciggs for almost 2 Yrs. When they first came out.
My wife also smoked them to quit, she did quit,
But the health affects need to be addressed. Screw them e ciggs if my wife did not have the same health issues from them I would not bash them. Tax, Tax, Tax, them. It might keep the Goverment out of out Hair?
