Cool find. Being a cube cut, my guess would be that it's a burley pipe tobacco, but I don't actually know.
Yes I think you are right, I believe it's from around 1930s (not before 1915 and not after 1961 that is what I can tell about just this picture's).
Your images are apparently the only ones of "Unoit Cube Cut Smoking Tobacco" on the entire Internet.

Yes the only pictures I find are in this post and in the Swedish Facebook group the original pictures are. Which means I have to go up in the attic and look for the tobacco monopoly book, contact a museum for Swedish tobacco and then I will come back about what I find, it would be fun to know more about this little tobacco bag..

So, it has required a member in Värnamo, Sweden and a member in Edmonton, Alberta to discover that this tobacco was manufactured in Virginia.
