Here you go some pictures of my late grow.
imagejpeg_2(1).jpg Daughter planting.

imagejpeg_2(3).jpg Now the waiting game.

imagejpeg_2(9).jpg And waiting

imagejpeg_2(14).jpgStill waiting

imagejpeg_2(6).jpg Nearly there

imagejpeg_2.jpg That'll do it.
I'll get Steph (Daughter)to start picking from the bottom. If the weather holds we can do that. If it doesn't we'll just have to stalk harvest the lot.

Does your Jasmine attract most of the pest damage?

Does your season usually go this long? It's almost winter.
Hi ChinaVoodoo, Yes:cool: we are able to grow all year long here. My neighbor plants his crop in our winter, less bugs, and stuff he recons. We are in a sort of mini climate where I live. Our daily temperatures are around 21°c, with nights dropping to around
16 -18. I'm still wearing shorts and tee shirts.

Hi guys, some more stuff. I had a crack at making some Cavendish. I used the Pressure Cooker method, one with just medium cased leaf and one with water in the jars. No water was yummy, daughter arrived just after I'd opened the jar and said it smelled really sweet. The water filled one's not so good. Anyway here's some pictures.

Just a spritz over the Baccy and it smells and tastes great.

Some pictures of my grow and bug attractant/Control.
imagejpeg_2(2)~3.jpgnotice how the Jasmine has been eaten.
imagejpeg_2(5).jpg VG on left almost untouched.

imagejpeg_2(4).jpg close-up of Jasmine

20210605_144652.jpg interesting. Mostly eaten.

I think I will have to try and do a better job of keeping an eye on it next season. I know that it looks neglected and abandoned but health issues have kept me away from the plot. The only reason that I have a grow is thanks to my daughter, she has to go to work so can't be there all the time to tend the plants. That's all for now I'll be back later.

Oops. Got it wrong here. It doesn't seem to matter I can do bread, buns and anything that needs to be toasted. It all comes out like this.:cry:
I need to do more research.
20210610_165832.jpg 20210610_165845.jpg Anyone got a use for Tobacco Charcoal? It started out as Harrow velvet, never mind I'll get it sorted. I'm keen to try this toasting thing, sounds interesting.

I tried some blended with VG it tasted a little bitter but it wasn't too bad. I may or may not chuck it in the back of the cupboard and try it again in a month or three. I gotta go to town today so I'll sort it when I get home.
I had a good check around the forum and now I see where I went wrong, temperature is 300°f not 300°c, 150°c is a much more respectable temperature. o_O:rolleyes::unsure: The numbers get confusing sometimes.
