Relative Strength (nicotine)

I gave a friend some WLT Canadian lemon. He finds the nicotine too high. I have a pound of hand tied bright. Would it be the same, less, or more? Has anyone compared?

The hand-tied bright seems mild to me, but i blend it with fire-cured.
